I live on our Organic Dairy Farm in Taranaki with my Husband and five boys, well two boys at home now as the others have learnt to fly.Originally I am from the farmland of South Australia. Almost 20 years have passed and i still miss my mum and sisters.

 Art is  a mysterious wonder. It has many facets to it and within it. It has a soul of its own in a way.

I started painting several years ago when I had visions of paintings in my dreams.

I had studied extensively in the Social Sciences and fine art was a whole new world.

My studies continue as I have an interest in Dream Therapy.

Workshops run by Margaret Bowater are fascinating, insightful and healing! I highly recommend them. You can email about the subject if you like.

In regards to painting,I have learnt to trust the process and let be what will be.Recently I suffered a severe heart attack and along the journey of recovery I have found my art to be  a healing place. A place to rest, relax and escape in. The world is so busy and demanding, i want to slow down and rediscover or recreate a different pace of lifestyle.

I am beginning a new series titled ‘Land Escapes’. These paintings are exactly that, a place to Relax and Escape the real world and be soaked by an abundance of deep, rich colour and enjoy the view!
